HISTORY
The Yobhel Christian Academy (YCA) is a very young educational center. It was conceived and dreamed during the Great Jubilee 2000. The inspiration of the founder, Rolando Sapatan Luzano sprang from his recollection of his bitter experiences admist poverty during his childhood and youthful days. He realized that if he and his childhood contemporaries were given better educational facilities and conducive environment for learning, all could have succeeded in their dream of life, liberated from poverty and could be in a better position to contribute to the present and future society. Faced with his blessings and success, believing that one's gift is a gift for everyone and moved by his Christian faith, challenged, determined and resolved pursued his dreamed quality school for his fellow bicolanos. He believes that YCA is a beacon of hope and opportunity to the people of pili and neighboring town.
